Chef Jonny's formative years as a cook came working for a James Beard award winning chef in Arizona. Since then, Southwest and American Western flavors have been some of his favorites to cook. With this style in mind we proudly present the first menu from Schmaltzy's Supper Club:
smooth avocado, jicama and fennel slaw
beef and pork stuffed cabbage, crispy tortilla, lime crema and cotija cheese.
house lox, caviar, sweet serrano and chayote relish
charred tomatillo, pickled red onion, kraut, and challah fry bread
jam and poppyseed, ancho spiced whip cream
